Amer Sports Content Strategy

Amer Sports is a global group of the world's most recognized and respected sports and outdoor brands. Their brands include Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Atomic and Peak Performance, to name a few. I worked directly with the Managing Editor to deliver a global content strategy that set the direction for the creation, delivery, measurement and governance of their internal and external content. The strategic document defines Amer Sports’ content goals, mission and vision, audiences, tone of voice, key messages, channel strategy, production model, KPIs, and governance.
