Wolt, a food delivery company, made ‘unicorn’ status in 2020 and were bought by DoorDash. Today, they serve millions of customers in 25 countries worldwide.
As a brand copywriter, I’ve helped them articulate offers, promotions, and digital ads in-app and across social platforms. I’ve also helped the team harmonise their culture playbook and write it in Wolt's iconic tone of voice.
The playbook was printed in the 1000's, distributed internally, and shared digitally worldwide. The playbook is openly shared on Wolt’s website and social channels.
