Wolt Product Playbook

Wolt made its first delivery in 2015. While they can't say whether it was a bowl of fried rice or bao bun, they do know it made a hungry person in Finland very happy. Today, they're proud to serve millions of customers, merchants and courier partners in 25 countries worldwide.

With a rapidly growing team, Wolt's Employer Brand Lead asked me to help them harmonise their culture playbook and rewrite it in Wolt's unique voice. The playbook was printed in the 1000's, distributed internally, and shared digitally worldwide. The playbook is openly shared on Wolt’s website and social channels.
